SBM Holdings Ltd, the ultimate holding company of Banque SBM Madagascar SA (BSBMM), wishes to inform its shareholders and the public in general that Mrs. Chirin Dittoo Mahmad – Andriamiarisatrana has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BSBMM effective 19 August 2024.

Mrs Dittoo brings over 15 years of experience in the banking sector in Sub-Saharan Africa, Mauritius and Madagascar. Her experience spans across areas such as business strategy, business development and organisational & technological transformation projects, and she will bring a new strategic growth impetus to BSBMM.
